Together, we unite to confront Amazon’s increasingly heavy-handed and Kafkaesque enforcement practices. Our mission is to counterbalance brand pressures, advocating for fair treatment and transparency.
Amazon is destroying small mom-and-pop businesses at scale by assuming guilt until proven innocent. This is carried out by a faceless, nameless department that often provides no clarity about the issue.
In many cases, they seize funds and inventory, leaving sellers financially devastated. Many are overwhelmed by the crushing financial burdens that follow, with little recourse or support to navigate the fallout
We knock on doors in the halls of power in Washington. We knock on the doors of decision-makers at Amazon. We knock on the doors of major media platforms.
Our mission is to shed light on our plight—an often-overlooked struggle within the behemoth that is Amazon and virtually unknown in Washington. We aim to raise awareness and push for fair treatment and accountability.
We aim to shed light on our issue and advocate for a fair process with clear, transparent guidelines. Our goal is to ensure due process for all sellers and establish guardrails to prevent Amazon from imposing indefinite penalties without justification or recourse.
